NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS
KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY
TRUST BUT VERIFY WHEN HAVING YOUR HOME BUILT
VERIFY WITH A CERTIFIED MASTER INSPECTOR
Having a home built? Oftentimes people trust that the builder will do the right thing, or trust that the building code enforcer will find any issues. I inspect new homes regularly, and more often than not, I find issues that need correcting. Be sure to do your own due diligence and have an objective new construction inspection performed.
FROM TOP TO BOTTOM
THOROUGH INSPECTIONS

- IMPROPERLY INSTALLED ROOFING
- FOUNDATION ISSUES
- ELECTRICAL HAZARDS

- MISSING SAFETY EQUIPMENT
- DEFECTIVE BUILDING MATERIALS
- PLUMBING LEAKS
- IMPROPERLY INSTALLED HVAC SYSTEMS
- AND MUCH MORE
11TH MONTH INSPECTIONS
IT’S NEVER TOO LATE
It is never too late to get a thorough home inspection on a newly built home. Even if you neglected to get a third-party inspection, you can always contact me before your 12-month builder warranty expires. Often called an 11th month inspection, this inspection type allows me to make a list of defective items and provide it to your builder for repairs.
