For truly comprehensive inspections, I use thermal imaging to look beyond what the human eye sees and discover potential hidden concerns.
I use a state-of-the-art infrared camera to find problems that aren’t always apparent to the naked eye. By evaluating the images, I can detect sources of energy loss, locate areas of moisture intrusion, pinpoint dangerous hot spots in the electrical system, and uncover other problems, such as wood-destroying pests, rodent infestations, and flue leaks in the chimney.

Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it’s also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S. The Surgeon General and the Environmental Protection Agency recommend testing for radon because one out of every 15 homes has unsafe levels indoors. Millions of Americans have had their homes tested, and you should, too.
Radon Causes Cancer
Radon is the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers, according to EPA estimates. Overall, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer.
Radon is responsible for about 21,000 lung cancer deaths every year. That is a higher number than house fires or drunk drivers – combined
It Requires Testing
Since radon is colorless and odorless, it requires testing to detect. The EPA recommends testing your home regularly, as levels can change over time.
